Pasta with chicken and dried tomatoes - makaron z kurczakiem i suszonymi pomidorami

Used spinach-flavored pasta./Użyłam makaronu o smaku szpinakowym.

Hello!

It actually must be the first meat recipe on my blog, because I can't think about any other example. As it's appealing to meat eaters, I have even convinced my male friends, who don't like pastas to that dish. The base is made of mascarpone and oil, so it's rather a filling kind - but worth it.

Ingredients: (4 portions)

300 grams tagliatelle (any kind you like, it's also an exemplary amount)
half chicken breast*
half can of dried tomatoes in oil** (~150g)
1 package mascarpone cheese (250g)
salt & pepper

*I sometimes exchange it with turkey and I also recommend it, if you want to try. You can also skip it, tomatoes with mascarpone still taste great.

**I usually buy the ones with cranberry.

Preparation:

1) Take some meat leftovers (already done) or raw one, cut into small pieces, add herbs and fry on the oil from the dried tomatoes can.

2) Cut the dried tomatoes and add to the pan. Then put in the mascarpone and mix; add salt and pepper.

3) Cook your pasta and use about 1 tablespoon of the water to the sauce (after getting you pasta done).

4) Serve till warm, after some time the mascarpone will start to get more thick.

PS: Next week something extraordinary.

POLISH

Witam!

1 opakowanie serka mascarpone (250g)
sól i pieprz

Następnie dołożyć mascarpone i wymieszać; dodać sól i pieprz.

3) Makaron ugotować i użyć około 1 łyżki wody po gotowaniu do sosu.

4) Podawać póki ciepłe, gdyż mascarpone zacznie gęstnieć po pewnym czasie.

PS: W przyszłym tygodniu coś niecodziennego.
