Summer meringue - beza z kremem i owocami

recipe for meringue with cream and fruits

Welcome everyone!

Some of you may be surprised that this post appears a while after this photo - so I am eager to explain. The recipe for the meringue was not planned. The main reason is that it is not fully mine. However, my guests asked me several times while eating "Is the recipe on the blog?" Or "Delicious, I will find the recipe later on your blog, right?". This prompted me to actually place it here.

Ingredients:

4 eggs (separately yolks and whites, may be from the fridge)
pinch of salt
340 grams of powdered sugar
500 grams of mascarpone cheese

+ seasonal fruits (eg mix strawberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries, cherries), almond flakes, nuts for decoration

Meringue:

The recipe comes from Moje Wypieki (click for the preparation, you can translate the page by choosing your language in the left upper corner TRANSLATE). You can make 4 mediums from the batter, two larger ones to then put in a cake (for about 10 servings) or, like on the side, mini-meringues.

The post on the blog above already contains a lot of valuable tips, I recommend to pay attention to make the whites whisk constantly in the same direction, add the sugar patiently and the same with baking - do not open the oven before 50-60 minutes, then gently open the door and wait until the oven cools. Do not open it immediately, as it will cause their fall.

Cream:

Mix all the yolks precisely with 100 g sugar (they will look much whiter) then add mascarpone and mix again. Add on the meringue(s) top.

Wash fruits, optionally cut in halves and decorate the dessert with other dressings.

The same cream can be found in the recipe for my mother's tiramisu!

PS I am preparing you a short list of tested food hacks, but I cannot decide on the form of that post, I think about creating a video.

POLISH

Witam serdecznie!

Skłoniło mnie to do faktycznego umieszczenia go tutaj.

Składniki:

4 jajka (osobno żółtka i białka, mogą być z lodówki)
szczypta soli
340 gramów cukru pudru
500 gramów serka mascarpone

+ owoce sezonowe (np. mix truskawek, malin, porzeczek, borówek, czereśni), płatki migdałów, orzechy do dekoracji

Beza:

Krem:

Wszystkie żółtka wymieszać dokładnie ze 100 g cukru (zrobią się znacznie bielsze), następnie dodać mascarpone i znów połączyć. Dodać na bezę/bezy.

Owoce umyć, oczyścić, ewentualnie przekroić w pół i udekorować deser wraz z innymi dodatkami.
