Kilka dni temu odwiedziłam miejsce polecone przez jedną z moich czytelniczek, która samą siebie określiła "miłośniczką burgerów i mieszkanką Gdyni". Jej komentarz znajdziecie pod postem o Open'erze. (klik) Zajrzyjmy zatem do tej burgerowni!
Może frytki do tego?
Ten lokal oferuje różnorodne rodzaje burgerów, w tym wegetariańskie i na słodko. Myślę, że dużym ukłonem w stronę klienta jest możliwość wyboru stopnia ostrości oraz wielkości burgera (ilości mięsa). Do dania możemy także dokupić dodatki takie jak bekon czy ser. Menu znajdziecie tutaj.
Ja zajadałam się Normalem z serem, który właściwie spełnił moje oczekiwania. Nie był suchy, mięso było soczyste, natomiast dodatków w postaci cebuli czy ogórka nie było za wiele. Mimo to burger mi smakował, wielkość była odpowiednia, nie miałam także zastrzeżeń co do bułki (nie była napowietrzona, nie kruszyła się). Cena jak dla mnie idealna.
Przed pójściem na jedzenie przeczytałam w internecie, że inni zachwalają frytki paprykowe (posypane paprykową posypką), a więc skusiłam się na nie. Faktycznie były smaczniejsze od zwykłych, myślę, że są warte tej złotówki więcej. Polecam wam od razu zamawiać dużą porcję, ponieważ moje małe 100 g to było zaledwie kilka frytek.
Lokal oferuje stoliki na świeżym powietrzu, ale mnie o wiele bardziej urzekło wnętrze! Spójrzcie na te zdjęcia.
Ale nie brzydzi się pan dokończyć po koleżance?
Pierwsza niemiła sytuacja pojawiła się w momencie, gdy poprosiłam panią przy kasie (podczas zamawiania) o zmianę sosu do burgera. Nie zgodziła się, tłumacząc, że kucharz tego nie robi. Nie zależało mi bardzo, dlatego odpuściłam.
(Ale teraz zastanawiam się, jaki mógł być powód? Może ktoś z was wie lub się domyśla? Dajcie znać w komentarzach!)
Drugą wpadką był brak bekonu, który chciałam dodać do zamówienia. Mimo dość sporego napisu przy kasie (zmywalnego, na tablicy), zachęcającego właśnie do dobrania bekonu - zostałam poinformowana, że go nie ma. Szkoda.
Trzecia nie przeszła niestety już tak obojętnie. Na burgery wybrałam się ze znajomymi - koleżanką i kolegą. Niestety przy realizacji zamówienia zaszła pomyłka, a pani kelnerka dodatkowo źle je podała (zamieniła ich porcje). Gdyby nie fakt, że moja rówieśniczka nie lubi musztardy, z którą przez pomyłkę otrzymała jedzenie, sprawa rozeszłaby się po kościach.
Problem nieprawidłowego zamówienia najpierw został uregulowany poprzez doniesienie frytek - nic wielkiego. Jednak gdy zgłosiliśmy złe podanie burgerów, odniosłam wrażenie, że kelnerka nie była pewna, co ma zrobić, ponieważ były już napoczęte. Początkowo zabrała talerz dziewczynie, by po chwili wrócić i zapytać się kolegi czy "nie brzydzi się dokończyć po koleżance". Pani zrozumiała swój nietakt i, nie czekając na odpowiedź, zabrała oba burgery.
Ostatecznie otrzymali dwa nowe, zamówione dania (oczywiście bez dopłaty), a także ofertę darmowego napoju w ramach rekompensaty.
Uważam, że mimo drobnych niedociągnięć obsługa prawidłowo poradziła sobie z problemem, potrafiła przyznać się do błędu, to się ceni! Ostatecznie wszyscy wyszliśmy najedzeni, a przecież o to tutaj chodzi, prawda?
Podsumowując, uważam, że jedzenie było smaczne (ale nie najlepsze) i niedrogie, szybko podane. Duży plus za wystrój wnętrza - bardzo w moim stylu (ramki bez obrazów mają coś w sobie). Małym problemem jest jedna toaleta, ale uświadczyłam tylko chwilowego stania w kolejce. Możliwe, że sama wybiorę się jeszcze raz, proszę tylko obsługę o niezachęcanie klientów do zakupu jedzenia, którego brakuje.

This place offers a variety of burgers, including vegetarian and sweet. I think a great option for a customer is the ability to choose the level of hotness and the size of the burger (the amount of meat). You can also buy additions such as bacon or cheese.
I was eating Normal with additional cheese that fulfilled my expectations. It was not dry, the meat was juicy, but there weren't many extenders like onion or cucumber. Still, the burger tasted good, the size was adequate. Price was perfect for me.
Before going for the food I read on the internet that others praised the paprika fries (sprinkled with paprika), so I tempted for them. Actually they were tastier than the usual ones, I think they are worth that 1 zloty more. I would recommend you to order a large portion right away, because my little 100g was just a few fries.
The restaurant offers open-air tables, but I am much more captivated by the interior! Look at these.

The first unpleasant situation occurred when I asked the cashier (while ordering) to change the sauce of the burger. She disagreed, saying that the chef doesn't do it. I didn't care that much, so I let go.
(But now I am wondering what could be the reason? Maybe some of you know or guess? Please let me know in the comments!)
The second mistake was the lack of bacon I wanted to add to the order. Despite quite a big sign at the counter (washable, on the blackboard), that was just encouraging to choose bacon - I was informed that there is no more. That's a shame.
The third one hasn't unfortunately gone through so indifferently. I went with my friends for the burgers - girlfriend and boyfriend. Unfortunately, there were a mistake with the order and the waitress additionally misplaced the dishes. If it were not for the fact that my peer did not like the mustard with which she has been given food by mistake, we wouldn't have reported that.
The problem of incorrect order was first settled by bringing the rest of the fries - no big deal. But when we reported bad burgers, I got the impression that the waitress was not sure what to do because they were already bitten. At first, she took the girl's plate just to come back and ask my colleague whether he was not abhorred to eat the rest after my girlfriend. The waitress clearly understood her mistake (and answered the question), taking both burgers.
Finally, they received two new, ordered dishes (without costs) as well as an offer of a free drink as a recompense.
I think that despite the minor shortcomings the service properly coped with the problem, they were able to confess the mistake, that's what counts! In the end, we all went home full and that's the whole point, right?
In conclusion, I found the food tasty (but not the best) and reasonably priced, promptly served. A big plus for the interior design very much in my style (frames without pictures have something in them). The only problem is one toilet, but I wasn't standing in the queue for long. Maybe I will visit the place again, but please don't chase customers to buy food that is missing.
