Today a basic recipe for a classical brownie. That cake is super easy (just combining ingredients), super quick (25 minutes of baking!), super delicious (mmmm... that chocolate!) and saved me multiple times, because it's my emergency call for any occasion and people just love it! Recommended for anyone - chocolate lovers, workaholics - doesn't matter. Next week I will share with you those 2 types from the photos - gingerbread brownie and oreo brownie, both with nuts. 

But don't forget that even the "naked" brownie is dreamlike and worth taking a shot (it's actually my favorite kind):

So here's the very beginning: first recipe I will share with you is for muffins with pieces of chocolate and nuts (I used almonds, because these are my favourite). The idea came to me because of a desire for nuts and because I haven't done muffins for a very long time then.
