Nevertheless I would like to present my meatless version, which has won my heart not long ago and is now one of my favorite dinner ideas. I'm not even sure if I'll eat any other burrito after coming up with this one, so you have to check it for yourself. What to eat in Budapest?

I had an opportunity to visit the capital city of Hungary this summer and for 4 days I've been delighting in the taste of local cuisine. I would like to present top 5 foods, that are essential (at the same time absolutely delicious) to try in Budapest. I have to outline that my option is mostly based on one-time attempt in certain place, so it's totally subjective. Let's get started!

Witam serdecznie w nowym poście!

Podczas ostatnich wakacji miałam przyjemność odwiedzić stolicę Węgier i przez 4 dni rozsmakować się w lokalnej kuchni. Poniżej przedstawiam 5 potraw, których spróbowanie jest absolutną koniecznością, a jednocześnie wielką przyjemnością! Chciałabym jednak podkreślić, że ich smak jest oceniany najczęściej po jednorazowym spożyciu w danym lokalu, zatem oczywiście lista jest subiektywna.

Carrot bread may be mistaken for the sweet nature of banana bread, but there's no similarity in that matter, as the first one is an (extra)ordinary piece of sandwich etc. Its benefits include exceptional taste, crispy outside and soft inside with carrot slices.
The following recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's totally worth it. Main ingredients are patience and time.

Kto nie lubi wchodzić do kuchni wypełnionej zapachem cynamonu i zajadać się jeszcze ciepłymi cynamonkami, niech pierwszy rzuci... ciastem?

Te słodkości wykonane z poniższego przepisu są przepełnione maślano-cynamonowym kremem, który pozwala na zachowanie miękkiego wnętrza przy kruchości zewnętrznych warstw. Cynamonki są przepyszne "na sucho" jak i maczane np. w kakao, idealnie nadają się na szybką przekąskę czy mały deser (pamiętajcie, że liczą się wymiary, a nie ilość!).

Despite the latest decrease in my activity on the blog, I've decided to create the very first summary of my work here. 


Pastalena turned one on 19th December 2017, so not that long ago. This year was a time of development of the site, gaining readers, getting on with the blogosphere and joy because of the achieved goals.
All visits, comments, and shares are not only empty numbers for me, but also are connected with the happiness, appreciation of my work and, of course, motivation for further work.
