I actually had a problem naming this one, as vegan tortilla means nothing to me apart from the fact that it's vegan. So I'm gonna tell you now that it's full of taste, a little bit mexican-style and great both warm and cold, crispy or soft. Let's get started!

Carrot bread may be mistaken for the sweet nature of banana bread, but there's no similarity in that matter, as the first one is an (extra)ordinary piece of sandwich etc. Its benefits include exceptional taste, crispy outside and soft inside with carrot slices.
The following recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's totally worth it. Main ingredients are patience and time.
